Job Summary : 

We are hiring for a HR Recruitment job in Vasai E, Chinchpada. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Graduate or Diploma in HR. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.

Note - Job location will be Vasai Chinchpada and after 2-3 months shifting to Poman Kaman (with pick n drop bus facility from station)

Key Responsibilities
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals,   
2.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds              
4. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
5.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
7. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
8. data entry                                                                                                          

Required Skills
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
3.Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
4.Good organizational and time management skills
